I agree to the following terms & conditions:

I will abide by the mission, rules, regulations, policies, and programs of Tender Hearts Dog Rescue while I am a volunteer.

I will not engage in any unsafe, illegal, or unethical activities while acting as a Tender Hearts Dog Rescue volunteer.

I agree to the Volunteer Agreement

Volunteer Liability Release Waiver

I recognize that while performing my services in a voluntary capacity in handling animals there may be a risk of injury. I hereby release THDR from any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, which may arise from volunteer work with THDR. I understand and acknowledge that this Waiver discharges THDR from any liability or claim that I may have against THDR with respect to bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property damage that may result from my participation in THDR’s volunteer program.

I also agree to release and hold Tender Hearts Dog Rescue harmless for any damages to my personal property or self while performing my volunteer services.

I agree to the Volunteer Liability Release Waiver
